I listened to this on my way to campus this morning. It hit home. I have worked as professional staff in HE for over 20 years at various campuses in various roles. I wish I could retire but I am not old enough yet. But I am tired. Oh so tired. We all are and unfortunately, campuses are not listening. Thanks for raising awareness and for the good work you do!
